The YES Club meeting at Independence High School commenced promptly at 2:35 pm, with the Geography teacher extending a warm welcome to both the club members and the four-person delegation from SHADEF. After a brief opening speech, Comrade Esther Ubak took the center stage to conduct the practical aspect of the training.

YES Club: Craft Making Session

Comrade Esther invited the Creative Lead of the Club in Independence High School Chapter to showcase her beautifully crafted items made from recycled plastics. This demonstration was met with appreciation from the students. Comrade Esther proceeded to teach various methods of crafting using plastics, sparking enthusiasm among the students.

YES Club: Theory Session on Environment and Climate Change

Following the practical session, Comrade Ability led the theory aspect of the training, focusing on topics related to environment and climate change. The session was interactive, with students actively participating and responding to questions.
